Document Restoration Services for Tucson Businesses?

A collection of important documents is shown. We restore damaged documents and photos in Pima County.

Our team in Northeast Tucson and Oro Valley/Marana East is trained and certified to restore important documents and photographs damaged by fire or water. We have the training, equipment, and experience to restore fire and water-damaged documents and photos to pre-fire conditions. Our restoration technicians pretest each item to determine what is salvageable and the best cleaning method to use. Sometimes we cannot save every document or photo, but we can minimize further damage and restore many.

Depending on the type of documents and the level of fire, smoke, or soot damage, we have five options for the restoration of documents:

  • Air Drying
  • Dehumidification
  • Freezer Drying
  • Vacuum Freeze Drying
  • Vacuum Thermal Drying

We also provide contents restoration services. We use several methods for cleaning and restoring inventory and other contents, including:

Dry Cleaning - Used to clean light residues or pre-clean before wet cleaning

Wet Cleaning – This method is effective for removing moderate to heavy residues

Spray and Wipe - Effective for items that can’t withstand wet cleaning

Foam Cleaning - Used for upholstery fabrics that might shrink or bleed if wet cleaned

Abrasive Cleaning - Involves the agitation of the surface being cleaned

Immersion Cleaning - Contents are dipped into a bath of the cleaning product
